Any vendor interested in exhibiting at an Omni Outreach event must (1) Fill out this Vendor Application and (2) Read and sign the Vendor Agreement attached hereto.
OMNI OUTREACH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY VENDOR, SPONSOR, OR ORGANIZATION FROM EXHIBITING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT.
VENDOR GOODS: Only items listed above and approved by Omni Outreach are permitted for sale in booth space. All other items are strictly prohibited. If changes need to be made after submission, please email info@omnioutreach.org.
EVENT INFORMATION AND PROCEDURES
By participating in the King of The Grill Event and execution below, each vendor agrees to the following event procedures and requirements:
SET-UP: Begins at 09:00 am on the event day. Vendors must be set up by 10:30 am with all vehicles off the grounds.
PERSONNEL: Vendors are required to staff their booth space for the entire duration of the event.
TAKE-DOWN: Begins at 3:50 pm on the event day. No early take-down is allowed. Vendors must remove all items and leave the space clean. Vehicles are allowed back on the event grounds at 4:15 pm.
BOOTHS: We will provide a table(s) and chairs. You are allowed to bring a tent, equipment, and staff. Each vendor is responsible for assuring safety and security in and around their booth to minimize risk or hazards to the public and their belongings.
FOOD VENDORS: Must obtain a food permit from Tarrant County. FOOD TRUCKS WELCOME
FOOD TRUCKS - You can not sell BBQ. If you want to sell BBQ, you complete the KING OF THE GRILL APPLICATION.
WEATHER: This outdoor festival will go on rain or shine. Cancellation or event modifications due to extreme weather will be communicated in advance.
REFUNDS: No refunds, except in case of a cancellation
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: Any special accommodations must be requested by vendors at least two weeks before event day.
SALES TAXES: The vendor's sole responsibility is the acquisition of sales tax permits, collecting sales tax, and reporting tax revenues.
